African Youth Alliance Development Organization (AYADO) is a youth led, voluntary, interfaith, non-profit and indigenous Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered in Uganda NGO board with the registration Number INDR14949364NB and has been operating in Uganda since 2006. Vision: supporting rural vulnerable youth through Sustainable Development interventions and respect of their rights AYADO currently operates in the three (3) districts in Uganda. They include: Terego/Rhino refugee camp, Kotido (Panyangara) and Amuria districts.

We are here not for income, but for outcome

To save lives, defeat poverty, and achieve social justice through sustainable development interventions.

A result-oriented Program management specialist with demonstrated management, implementation and leadership skills, effective communication, coordination and team building abilities. He has a vast experience in the areas of Gender, Democracy, Environment, WASH, HIV/AIDS, Child Protection, Monitoring and Evaluation, Local Government Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening, Advocacy and Health Campaigns, Behavioral Change and Community Mobilization with international NGOs’, Local NGOs’ and government agencies. Isaac a highly enthusiastic, result oriented team player and diligent person of integrity with excellent interpersonal skills. Isaac possess a Master’s Degree in Development Studies and international relations from Makerere University with over 12 years’ experience in development programming
